This Privacy Policy explains how FastSell Restoran handles information. FastSell Restoran is designed for business use by authorized personnel in restaurants.

1) Service Scope

FastSell Restoran is a mobile client application only.

The backend/POS infrastructure is owned and operated by each customer organization. The app communicates with each customer’s own systems to support daily operations such as table management, order management, and bill (adisyon) management.

2) Data We Process

The app processes operational business data required for restaurant workflows, such as:

Table and table status information
Order items and order workflow events
Bill/adisyon transactions and related totals
Store/terminal configuration values entered by authorized users

We do not directly collect personal data such as email addresses, phone numbers, or contact details from end users through the app.

We do not use this app for consumer profiling, advertising tracking, or third-party analytics.

3) How Data Is Used

To connect the mobile app to each customer’s POS/backend environment
To display and update operational restaurant data in real time
To synchronize workflow actions between the mobile client and customer systems
To show operational notifications (for example, order/table status updates)

4) Network & Local Network Access

The app may access the local network to communicate with an on-premise server used by the customer.
Connection settings (server address/port) are configured by authorized users of the customer organization.

5) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with advertisers or data brokers. Data exchange is limited to communication between the app and the customer’s own POS/backend systems (or customer-authorized infrastructure).

6) Data Storage & Retention

The app stores limited local data necessary for operation, such as app settings and session-related values.
Main operational/business records are stored and retained in the customer’s backend/POS systems, under the customer’s own retention policies.

7) Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards for app-side data handling and transport. Customers are responsible for securing their own server/POS infrastructure, user accounts, and network environment.

8) Children’s Privacy

The app is a business tool and is not intended for children.

9) Your Rights & Requests

For access, correction, deletion, or retention requests regarding operational records, please contact your organization administrator and/or the owner of your POS/backend system.
